Was getting on and off valves put on a kitchen sink. Was told the valves can be quite expensive 60 to $65 a piece. Told these were cheaper. Ended up being $58 a piece. Ben was told the ones that feed and farm are cheap made in China. Went to fleet and farm same quality for $20 a piece made in the USA. Instead of on and off valve on the side on and off valve was on the top so the water comes out the side. Said I would prefer them coming out the top. But didn't have them with him. The employee who did it was very nice very plight had no issues with him. More of the price of the valves. A total of $230 just to put on two on and off valves. I could have done it for $40.

So for a while, I’ve been noticing some water in the basement not a lot but a little not sure for how long this was going on. Then I look at some other things and there was water slowly leaking in the basement where the kitchen sink drain was.
So I pull everything out from under the kitchen sink and find the chrome drain trap had rotted it and was leaking for who knows how long.
Tried fixing it myself and after a few trips to the hardware store, I gave up and called the professionals at Days’s Plumbing. Whoever installed the sink and dishwasher did a half-assed job. Day’s Plumbing did it right and tight. Also, I had them replace the bathroom sink trap with plastic as a precaution. Outstanding job and at a reasonable price!

They sent someone to Sioux Falls to get parts on a Saturday morning and came back and did repairs right after dinner. We are so thankful for their help and the plumber that was on call.
