Job Description
Day Plumbing is seeking an HVAC tech to work as part of a dynamic team with the goal of technical excellence and high-quality craftsmanship.
We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and hardworking service professional to undertake a variety of tasks to deliver the best experience to our customers. HVAC technicians will be responsible for aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and light commercial settings. In addition, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude is imperative.
Although this position is primarily HVAC oriented, some plumbing can be expected.

Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety
- Ability to safely handle and use power tools, plumbing tools, and electronic test equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems and appliances

Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance of HVAC/ Plumbing in residential and light commercial applications
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and complete HVAC/ Plumbing service calls with attention to existing infrastructure (ex. electrical wiring)
- Installation of HVAC/ Plumbing systems in new construction and remodel settings
- Adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality, as well as abiding by codes and regulations
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction
- 40 hours per week with rotating on-call nights and weekends
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Drug-free at all times
- Experience: 2-5 years of technical and trade experience preferred, but not required
